Free shipping is only eligible for domestic orders that exceed $90 after discounts/promotional codes are applied. International Customs and Duties You as a customer are responsible to know what your customs and duties are for import.


All returns must be issued within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Returned items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging. Gift cards, Downloadable PDF's, and ebooks are non-refundable. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact with your order number and refund request. Please note that we do not accept returns from any retailer stores that carry our products. Please contact the retailer for any issues or concerns.

Return Conditions: Products must be unopened and in original condition. All apparel must be unwashed and unworn with original tags. All markdown sales are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items. Limited edition products are not available for refund/exchange due to limited quantities.


Returns and exchanges will only be given once item(s) have been fully returned (with order number attached). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. MHS does not provide prepaid return labels but we are happy to cover the shipping costs for any new product that gets sent out during an exchange! If orders are international and/or over $75, we recommend purchasing tracking or insurance on the returned package. For customers who have purchased digital media, downloads, workouts etc. all sales are final. Exchanges for apparel/gear are subject to availability. For any questions please contact us at


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If applicable, your refund will be processed, minus shipping cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We work hard to ensure that all items arrive undamaged, however it does happen. If any of your items are damaged on arrival, please reach out to customer support ASAP to setup a return or replacement as needed.
